Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the Grays Harbor Superior Court in Montesano, Grays Harbor County, Washington although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
If there are any issues regarding this site or our Terms of Use, the laws of State of Washington will be used. If you want to sue us, you’ll have to sue us the Grays Harbor Superior Court in Montesano, Grays Harbor, Washington. If we sue you, we’re allowed to sue you in the country you live or are present in, or any court with power over you. You agree you can be sued in any of these courts and won't complain later.
Arbitration
At Firm's sole discretion, it may require You to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying the laws of the State of Washington.
If there are any disagreements between you and our Firm, our Firm can choose to use a private dispute resolution process instead of going to court. Any decisions made by arbitration are not going to be argued further by either you or our Firm.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
If we did something wrong and you want to sue us, you need to sue us within 1 year of whatever we did, otherwise you won’t be able to sue us anymore.

If we decide not to uphold or enforce any term in this Terms of Use, that doesn’t mean we’re not going to uphold or enforce the remaining terms, and we don’t lose the right to do so. If a court or other valid authority decides one of our terms are not legal, the rest of the terms still apply.
